PLP is a youth-Led organization with the mission of fostering harmony, peace, and growth in young people. PLP has endeavored in the initiation of youth involvement programs like The Walk-to-Remember and The Ku Gicaniro convention to give young people a forum that instills the fundamental concept of commemoration and educates them on the past of our country to bring a youthful momentum to the “Never Again'' dictum and create the next generation of accountable and responsible youth.
